Personal /Domestic Photography
All images remain the property of Helen Page Photography © All Rights Reserved This includes, all images provided to clients, on social media, on websites and any images published. If commercial use is required for any existing images, please get in touch and ask for licence/permission.
This includes mages for personal/domestic use, such as weddings and personal portraits or events. Generally you may print and reproduce as required (for personal use). These images may not be used for any commercial purpose by the persons photographed or by any third party promotions or advertising.
If a supplier from your wedding asks for images, please refer them to Helen Page Photography.
I do not guarantee that I will retain a copy of your images, so please make back up copies. If you do lose them, please get in touch as may still have copies (Recovery fee $250.00 + postage and USB costs if required) .
Booking fees are required to lock in date and are non-refundable – 30% of fee, with full fee due 4 weeks prior to photography.
Delivery of images as negotiated at time of booking. Travel may incur additional costs (this will be discussed with booking so won’t be a hidden cost).
Commercial Photography
For commercial photography clients, licence and usage rights will be negotiated and advised separately with each job.
Quotes are given on the condition that any change to the brief will need to be re-quoted.
Helen Page will remain the copyright owner of all images and will assign rights for term and usage as required.
Standard delivery includes High and Low resolution digital images.
Images are use for booking client only unless other wise negotiated. Images must not be sold or given away by the client without the permission of the photographer.
Express delivery and file renaming available and can be included in your quote.
Full payment is required before delivery of High Resolution files and constitutes acceptance of terms, conditions and (negotiated) licence.
